At least flip is making a definite decision in the relationship. if you can even really care it that because it really has been over with for awhile. they were just going thru the motions. hearing koen say that he WAS crazy about flip with the keyword being was and not still is crazy about him had to really hurt. I like how blunt flip was with he question asking koen if he liked boys.

thats right flip, kick him to the curb, don't let him play games with you anymore, you deserve someone who's gonna love you just as much as you love them, let koen realize what a great guy he's lost but i think there's something deeper going on with koen, i think even though he really likes flip, he's really confused and doesn't really know what he wants and i think alot of that has to do with whats going on at home, he's probably being pressured by his parents to be straight

this right here is the main disadvantage of dating a bisexual, you NOT only have to worry about other guys, you have to worry about girls too.

No, I think it's good! Ofcourse it's sad for Flip. But these guys are like 14! They rushed into a relationship; it was all new for Koen. Sure, would have been a much better idea if he decided not to kiss her, I mean; cheating is never a good thing!

But he has to find out what he feels; he's just confused. And it's good that a show FINALLY gives some good attention to bisexuals. Everyone here just shows how important that is because they're also still discriminated among the gay community..

I didn't realize it was Koen at first. (Not on this video). They changed the actors with out telling me. It is more believable that this Koen is Bi compared to the first Koen.

Oh, must have been confusing for you indeed haha, especially because the second Koen looks very different from the first. But do you mean it's more likely for this actor to play a bisexual? Cause as far as I know; both actors are straight, but yeah they're two different types. But I just think it fits well in the storyline; Koen was suprised by his own feelings back then and I guess now he wants to figure out for himself who he is and what he wants.

Yes it seems to me that the first actors protrayal of Koen was more stereotypical of a gay whereas the second Koen was protrayed more as a straight boy who just so happend to be gay.

I don't know what you mean by "stereotypical" .

The "old" Koen was obsessed with junk food, video games and basketball and hung out with the other boys. He seemed very "average boy" to me.

The actor's hair was longer and blond and he was taller, but Koen was just as moody, insecure, indecisive and quiet as he is now.

I don't see a difference in personality between the two actors portrayals. They just look very different.

Koen was growing distant from Flip long before the new actor came.

This is really the first love for both Flip and Koen. Neither one of them is experienced.

I think to soon to decide Koen's sexual orientation. He may turn out to be genuinely attracted to boys and girls but I don't think we should just assume anything. The character is still trying to figure it out for himself.

I think they are closer to age 16 but SpangasMark would know best.

I find the idea that bisexual guys have to look a certain way to be offensive. That's an inaccurate stereotype.

Well we'll just have to leave that as a matter of opinion.

I don't think either actor is particularly "nancy" or "butch"  in their portrayal of the character (compared to the behavior of the other boys in their class)

I understood what you were implying, I was just wondering about your criteria (beyond their physical appearance)

But we'll just have agree to disagree because I can see our ideas of "butch" and "nancy" would be radically different.

My heart just ACHES for Flip.

It's bad enough to get strung along and humiliated but to get dumped for a GIRL and then question whether your boyfriend ever even loved you! BOLLOCKS!
