sadly, many of the tribal people in burma dont enjoy being raped or killed, so i felt compeled to help. perhaps it is different in your country, but most shan people dont enjoy being murdered or raped. so please understand that some cultures are different.

well, It's not a surprise for me that you can't understand shan right away even if you are thai. since tai languages (shan,thai and lao)have developed and changed. I'm a shan and did not understand thai either when i first came to thailand.however, our language are so closed to each other that it's not too difficult to learn. I could speak and understand thai well within a month. Actually, shan language is closer to lao then thai.
