The airport was really nice, if you noticed i used past tense as the poor maintenance culture is endemic this part of the word. How can the local airport look better than the main international airport? As usual misplaced priority, lol
@MrRoyck10 I don't think they had anything in mine when building the airport. This airport looks orderly and organized bec it's probably newly built. Irrespective of it being int or local airport, the question is, do they have maintenance management startegy in place for the airport? You guess the answer yourself?

I beg to differ from your statement.
It is not a shit hole. i think it is a very nice airport by African and Nigerian standards.
It is neat and well organized.
I love the place.
I know there is room for improvement but that is a good starting point.
Let's build the domestic airports in Nigeria to this standard first.
