This IS NOT ACE! One of the giveaways is the voice is nowhere near Ace's...the accent is a complete put-on, and there's too many tribute bands still trying to top KISS. Another obvious giveaway is the vocal channel being very weak and to one side of the track, heavy emphasis on the guitar solo and LACK OF PROOF from the person who posted this. Ace isn't very much "pro-KISS" and chooses to stand on his own. Ace is far better than this piece of crap recording.

Ace is a, how shall we say it, sloppy singer most times and this rip off sounds like someone channeling Shakespear TRYING to be Ace. There's only one Ace and this track IS NOT HIS. "Nice try, kid." This is really early and none of them had a total signature on their vocals but Gene. Paul and Ace had some similarities, however, you'll hear in this song a certain mid range frequency that will later become much more promonent in Pauls voice.

You guys are smoking crack.. This is the demo cut for that album, done with Ace singing, cuz he wrote the majority of the song. Paul sang it better, so they re-recorded it with Paul singing and that's what got released.. plus this recording isn't as dynamic as the album version because they were using a session drummer instead of Peter.. he was sick.. Plus, all the tracks are split left-right, with no bleed/blend.. it was just a sucky tack.
