Twister's can happen anywhere. I remember Mechanicville.

Mechanicville 1998, horrible scene...it's a miracle no one was killed. My mom and I were at Price Chopper about 45 mins before...we went down Viall Ave to get there, the hardest hit area...any later we would've gotten sucked right up!! Steve Caporizzo is an amazing meteorologist.
