Channel One is basically unchanged from seven years ago. True their audience has been drastically cut in size as schools have dropped the program. Ads for upcoming movies and TV shows waste considerable amounts of school time. There are more PSAs than before because advertisers don't want to be associated with such an anti-education company like Channel One.
Channel One's captive audience is still disproportionately found in lower-income areas.
He is disturbing. There are 200 kids at my school and usually the commercials they show now are PSAs. Have you seen Channel One within the last 7 years?
