The oil companies just want to get their hands on more of our resources while making record profits and ripping us of. Mccain is shilling for them because they donate heavily to his campaign.

Okay, I'll put it in baby talk for you.

Suppose Joe has three apples, Sam has three, and Mike has four. If they were the only people with apples in the world, than they in combination with the free market would set the price of apples. Suppose it starts out at $1.50 per apple.

Suppose three of Mike's four apples go bad. The supply shrinks. Instead of having 3/10 or 33% of the supply, Sam now has 3/7 or 43% of the market. The value of his apples increase. Thus, his profits increase.

Dont matter anyway. Because sam voted for mccain who got us into more wars. We had to take out billions in loans and pay far more interest than could be saved in gas. In the end, mike, sam and joe have no apples and can't afford food, clothes, tuition and the like.

If gas prices went up to $5 and stayed there under McCain rather than $6 under Obama, that would money in MY pocket. Money that I would spend on food, clothes, tuition, and the like.

1)Withdrawl via a preset, arbitrary timetable with a date that's not affected by the conditions on the ground. General's advice is ignored and troops are ordered to leave all their gear behind.

2)Withdrawl based on a floating, flexible timetable, taking their advice.
