@niceuser1234 How many reps you do ? Those are the exercises that my mom does and they helped her. They should have your muscles swollen I will post more exercise moves that my mom does that PT has her doing.
I love watching you girls, Meta has great legs! I have a question! Do you have to wear tennis shoes while working out in the house? I dont wear shoes, I was just wondering does it make a difference?
