All seriousness aside though, there are things in every vent system, which is the whole point. Isn't that right?
This was a serious situation where the home-owners lost their hearing because of the mold in the vents.
Mold doesn't really qualify as a "thing" but after we sealed the duct distribution terminations, their hearing came back.
Mold is dangerous, and people lose when they don't know about it.
Hence the presentations.

Nice video. I did something similar. I took the boot out, sealed it with mastic first (all joins are quite leaky), then put it back in and use polyurethane from the attic area.
