Thumbs up if you think this half is actually superior to the 2nd half.

Sure you get action and adrenaline that kicks ass, but this bit after has a power and majesty that goes beyond what words can describe.

That beautiful music with such grace that we get to hear after all the harshness of noise and seeing the sun finally after endless night. This is not a typical emotional ending.

It's like a catharsis of an ending!!!

John Murdock is one of the coolest characters of all time...the whole personality and even the actor they got to play him was just perfect..Dark City is one of the best films and concepts ever. I wish there was a part 2 even though I don't know what they would do for a story line.

@thefatman69dude I saw it yesterday and I saw it again today and in my opinion it is one of the greatest movies ever made. Ever. Its better than the Dark Knight, its better than Fight Club, its better than Citize... well, it may not be as good as THAT film but its one of the greatest! I loved this movie. Loved, loved, loved, loved,loved, loved this movie. Loved every suspenseful moment of it. Loved how it made people think. Loved the sensibility that anyone thought it would make a good story.

It did inspire the Matrix. I think the action in Matrix was better, but the concept of Dark City was more cracktastic and awesome.
