@Animikiiasin also take into consideration that pieces of these historical puzzles will be lost at sea. as the ice melts not all of it melts on land. some melts over the sea and everything in it will simply sink to the bottom. WHo knows what happened. Inuit tribes also banished troublesome clans. They could have been traveling to what' they'd hoped for as a new land and the women became weak while the men pushed on in hope it was close so they could return and carry their families to it.
it does not seem to be human sacrifice, but to see a baby die young is so sad. I think they must have died in a snowstorm, and hid in the caves to keep warm or they were found outside and were left in the cave.

In denmark we like to make fun of greenlanders, cuz we brough them alcohol and now the sobers ones are an endangered species.
Even tho we have a nice cutural relationshop to beer, in dk the greenlanders beat us to it. god damn day all drunk. never seen one sober tbh

Possibly, But not proof. I read a book (I'm 10 in 5th Grade) and they think he died in a snowstorm.
