find people with the same problem and start conversation with them that will be an easy start

then when you make a couple of friends you'll lose the fear hopefully if not you'll have a couple of friends =D

good advice by momo just go for it you'll be amazed at how easy it is... i had a friend who used to hit on 100 girls a day he was not hot or anything but someone gave him this formula hit on 100 girls one will say yes... you think he cared about 99 rejections at night?

what if one got friends.. quite a few actually, but dont feel comfertable about saying "everything" to them?

in fear of being looked at differently/felt sorry for/or maybe even freaking out your friends to the point that they leave you?

i told a girl i loved (and still do) about a problem i have.. and she freaked out and left me..

now that experiance dont encourage me to try that again anytime soon..

but i know i should..

in my opinion true friends that should be in your life would be able to support you asking for help and being honest if not, without sounding to harsh stop wasting your time and move on. Good vid Momo, and Adam speaking as someone who knows exactly what you're talking about ,this is great advice. For me a creative outlet helped A BUNCH! Writing, I found many people identified with things I've experienced. That understanding, not the appreciation for my writing ability, was very rewarding.

Great video Momo! I think we all suffer from social anxiety even if it is just a little. I use to have it quite a bit but anymore I just say fuck it and dont worry about what anyone else has to say about me. One of the best cures I have had was playing with my band every week in front of large groups of crazy fans! lol
