if you read the description you'll find that he actually overdubs high quality audio from a Metallica recording because most cameras and video cameras do not have decent microphones to pick up sound. by overdubbing his video, he has good video and good audio. opposed to any distortion of the noise that happens commonly to phone or camera recordings.
