this ayat is proof that after last prophet,saw, abu bakr (siddiq) is caliph and then come martyrs like umar, usman and ali. Allah has clearly used word siddiq after prophet Muhammad,saw. there is no doubt in it.

"O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey His Messenger and those who are in authority among you (Ulul Amr)."
We believe the Ulul Amr are infallible and are the Imams whereas others believe they are someone else.
Look everywhere in the Quran. Where Allah asks you to obey someone, he always put the condition down for you to obey them. If that person disobeys Allah then Allah tells you what to do. For example, God tells us you have to obey your parents in the Quran right? But in the next verse he says, if your parents disobey Me, then you disobey them. The only obedience in the Quran where Allah doesn't warn you about disobedience is this verse I just mentioned, about the Ulul Amr.
(CONT) If Allah thought the Ulul Amr could disobey Him, He would have put down the condition just as he did with the parents verse. He would have said, if the Ulul Amr disobey me, disobey them. But the only group of people Allah never mentions disobedience next to, is the Ulul Amr. This indicates these Ulul Amr can never go against Allah's command and therefore they must be infallible like Mohammed, and that there knowledge is just Mohammed's (PBUH&F). Behold, for I am leaving amongst you two weighty things, one of which is the Book of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, and that is the rope of Allah. He who holds it fast would be on right guidance and he who abandons it would be in error, and in this (hadith) these words are also found:
We said: Who are amongst the members of the household ? Aren't the wives (of the Holy Prophet) included amongst the members of his house hold? Thereupon he said: No, by Allah, a woman lives with a man (as his wife) for a certain period; he then divorces her and she goes back to her parents and to her people; the members of his household include his ownself and his kith and kin (who are related to him by blood) and for him the acceptance of Zakat is prohibited.

Also it is oxymoron to say shiaIslam. Because there is only one Islam known to the prophet s.a.a.s in his 23 years role as the last messenger. That is the Islam that should be known to us also.
The rule to accept all other articles of faith is that they are from the 23 years and they are explicitly commanded in Quran by Allah at least at the high level.
DCI & AIS (Divinely Connected Infallible & All Knowing Imam Statoins) is also subject to the same rule.
It is not article of faith because it is not the experience of witness by the prophet in his 23 years role.
Also, it is not explicitly commanded in Quran like other articles of faith.
At least don't cross the 23 years boundary of the message of Islam, the prophet existed inside the 23 years boundary as the last messenger of Allah.
At least don't make DCI & AIS (Divinely Connected Infallible & All Knowing Imam Stations) part of belief set or articles of faith, because DCI & AIS is neither explicitly commanded in Quran even at the high level, like other articles of faith, nor the prophet experience it in his 23 years finite role of the messenger of Allah.

We should know that when Allah told the prophet what day the Day of Qadr would be, he forgot because there was another problem he had to deal with. if he wasnt infallible, he would have been an angel, not a human being. The bottom line, even if we follow the ahle bait, our aim is to follow the foot steps of the prophet in his role as the last messenger. The answer is simple: Only the prophets are Ma'sum(free from sin) but the ahlul-bayt, Imams and Awliyah are Mahfuz(protected from Sin), as is stated in the Quran and Hadith that the ahlul-Bayt are purified.

Bro. Bilal Phillips isn't a sunni he is a wahhabi/salafi. We sunnis are not like him. its like saying that alavis, aga khanis and other shia minority who believe that Ali should have been the prophet is a representation of shia islam, when in reality only jafris/ithna asharis are the true shias. In our own narrations we have sahih ahadith which both prove that the prophet said that he has left for the ummah the quran and the ahlul-bayt, and the quran and sunnah. we accept them all.
There are different degrees of Purification. The ONLY place that Allah said I intend to do a PERFECT purification is in verse 33:33 where He is addressing the Ahlul-Bayt. The word "PERFECT" comes from the emphasis of Allah by "Tat'hiran" which has been used ONLY in verse 33:33. This emphatical word occur in any other place in Quran.
the verse of purification was revealed to the Ahlul Bayt[A]. in order to purify them with a THOROUGH purification ,
it was ALLAH not the HOly Prophet [S] who did the purification,
henceforth, they all were infalliable because they were considered the walking Qur'an & they are the extention of the Holy Prophet being a mercy to mankind...

Nehru in Saudi Arabia was called Rasoolul Islam, messenger of peace. Why it is that Muslims venerate myths, idolize their prophet & ignore facts that he was a man albeit a great one? "O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey His Messenger and those who are in authority among you (Ulul Amr)."
We believe the Ulul Amr are infallible and are the Imams whereas others believe they are someone else.

Look everywhere in the Quran. Where Allah asks you to obey someone, he always put the condition down for you to obey them. If that person disobeys Allah then Allah tells you what to do. For example, God tells us you have to obey your parents in the Quran right? But in the next verse he says, if your parents disobey Me, then you disobey them. The only obedience in the Quran where Allah doesn't warn you about disobedience is this verse I just mentioned, about the Ulul Amr.

(CONT) If Allah thought the Ulul Amr could disobey Him, He would have put down the condition just as he did with the parents verse. He would have said, if the Ulul Amr disobey me, disobey them. But the only group of people Allah never mentions disobedience next to, is the Ulul Amr. This indicates these Ulul Amr can never go against Allah's command and therefore they must be infallible like Mohammed, and that there knowledge is just Mohammed's (PBUH&F). To all the Anti-shias, don't disrespect us.

My friend you are obviously not an Arab since you are not familiar with the rules of grammer. If you read the quran in Arabic you wil know that the last verse of the sura is not addressing the wives but adressing both male and female. Ask anyone who is an Arab native and she/he will confirm this.

No, it does not refer to the wives of Allah, the situation in which "O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification." was revealed, is very clear in the hadith. And there are also hadith which say that a wive is not from Ahlulbayt.

He was not an angel.
Also, Allah corrected his unintentional mistakes in Quran, when he said he promised he would never consume honey.
Allah informed him he does not have the authority to make it prohibitive on his own.
Also, Allah informed him when he ignored the blind man being busy.
These were two unintentional mistakes on his part corrected by Allah.
Allah did provide the correction to his unintentional act, so we can follow the corrected form.

The rule to accept all other articles of faith is that they are from the 23 years and they are explicitly commanded in Quran by Allah at least at the high level.
DCI & AIS (Divinely Connected Infallible & All Knowing Imam Statoins) is also subject to the same rule.
It is not article of faith because it is not the experience of witness by the prophet in his 23 years role.
Also, it is not explicitly commanded in Quran like other articles of faith.

At least don't cross the 23 years boundary of the message of Islam, the prophet existed inside the 23 years boundary as the last messenger of Allah.
At least don't make DCI & AIS (Divinely Connected Infallible & All Knowing Imam Stations) part of belief set or articles of faith, because DCI & AIS is neither explicitly commanded in Quran even at the high level, like other articles of faith, nor the prophet experience it in his 23 years finite role of the messenger of Allah.

Prophet Muhammad leaves two things: The Glorious Quran and his Sunnah (Teachings/Actions) he did not say his Ahlulbayt because he knows that his Ahlulbayt follow his Sunnah (Teachings/Actions).... No one can testify that the sahabas running away except from your Books... because all of the Sahabas were guarded the Prophet and ready to die before the Prophet... Shiites is the king of suspecting and accusing but doesn't prove anything... You don't know suspecting and accusing is haram in Islam, if you don't have great evidence don't accuse your brother Muslim. If you accuse them of not true? The deep of the hell awaits you....

now why are you goin to say that a scholar like him lacks knowledge.. he is reading off the book. if you dont believe him why dont you go purchase that book and see for yourself. how can any possible human being be infallible, all knowldgeable... These only belongs to Allah... if we all believe to be the greatest, then none can be greatest except he. we respect all the imams. but you are going to extreme about their position. you cannot give thema divinely attributee. This is common sense.

yes it is human nature to forget. We should know that when Allah told the prophet what day the Day of Qadr would be, he forgot because there was another problem he had to deal with. if he wasnt infallible, he would have been an angel, not a human being. Muhammad (pbuh) said, the son of adams are sinners or its their nature to sin but the best of sinners are those who repent. why do yuo think the prophet supplicated 100 times a day?

my queation is why they accuse shia to have different Quran, while they don't know their own Quran?yes the fact is Allah(swt) saved his holy book by purified ahlul-bayt otherwise these sort of people could not save the book with those intentions!

These are three characteristics every shia attributes to their imam. Sounds alot like the definition of infallible to me. SUBSTANCE OVER FORM when debating please.
Also can you please explain to me why the prophets(PBUT) whom sinned are in the Quran and these perfect human beings are left out. Surely the Quran is an complete and would tell of such beings by name as it does Adam(PBUH), Noah(PBUH), and Soloman(PBUH).

The answer is simple: Only the prophets are Ma'sum(free from sin) but the ahlul-bayt, Imams and Awliyah are Mahfuz(protected from Sin), as is stated in the Quran and Hadith that the ahlul-Bayt are purified.
Dont listen to these silly wahabis they claim to be from ahlus sunnah but they are deviants. Listen to Shaykh Tahir Qadri and you will see truly how to love the ahlul-bayt. True muslim combine their love for the ahlul-bayt and respect and reverence for the sahabas. philips=wahabi, not sunni

Bro. Bilal Phillips isn't a sunni he is a wahhabi/salafi. We sunnis are not like him. its like saying that alavis, aga khanis and other shia minority who believe that Ali should have been the prophet is a representation of shia islam, when in reality only jafris/ithna asharis are the true shias. In our own narrations we have sahih ahadith which both prove that the prophet said that he has left for the ummah the quran and the ahlul-bayt, and the quran and sunnah. we accept them all.

There are different degrees of Purification. The ONLY place that Allah said I intend to do a PERFECT purification is in verse 33:33 where He is addressing the Ahlul-Bayt. The word "PERFECT" comes from the emphasis of Allah by "Tat'hiran" which has been used ONLY in verse 33:33. This emphatical word occur in any other place in Quran.
