great to see how a radio station, also on HF antennas in order to modulate from 160 meters to 10 meters and 6 meters. I have recently entered this wonderful world of radio, but I have little ability to pay but really want to do. I wish I could make the contest with America and around the world chgiedo information to you that you are a pilot of the frequencies that make antenna to make a one-off fee and you are in attendance. Greetings from Trieste, Italy Fulvio 73 IV3CDB
boy i wish i could work DX to the west like that but it seems that im deaf with my little 100 watts and my laughably put up G5RV plus i have a 20 year old yaesu with no filters hihi Great DX and another great movie randy
Can I ask the point of QSO's? It seems all you do is say Hi and then immediatly leave the convorsation..I dont see much point it myself. I would want to actually talk to the person. You cant really say youve talked to people from around the world if you only said hello :P
This station was operating from a remote location for a short period of time. Their goal is to work as many stations as possible. So, no time for chat. Randy
yeah but then you cant really say that youve talked to people all over the world...Honestly I dont consider such little communication legit "talking to someone from a far away place"
Thanks for the Video, I am in Kuwait, and I sure miss HAM Radio! This helps the Home Sickness for the HAM in me! I actually have a Kuwait Call, 9K2 / NN2X. Keep making the QSO Videos!
Tnx FOR VIDEO , I´m EA3NB , Miquel , and i work ZL8R in 20 meters CW only , Quite complicated in EU to make QSO with them , poor conditions .But i´m very Satisfied and movede for this qso . Thanks for this video .73,s and TU .

It's a competition... the point is talk to as many different people as possible in a short period of time.
Many people will be calling this one person at once, so to be able to work them at all is an accomplishment (hence Randys thumbs up).

Contacting DXpeditions is so much fun-- especially if the teams are located halfway around the world from you. :)

Once it got to the radio it got way better thinking about buying a used ts-440sat for hf or a ft-857d new.
