  • I fell in love

  • I thought I would never seen Chevy Trucks film by Chev/Jam Handy.

。。 萌え☆

  • this is a great video.makes me appreciate my

original '58 apache longbed v8 even more

  • Pretty Cool! I just bought a 57 stepside.. Notice how they needed the weight from a couple guys in the bed to get thru some of the tougher sections...

  • mustang633NY is right. On our farm, we'd be lost without our 1950 Chevrolet 2.5 ton tandem axle grain truck, or the '69 GMC 1500...

  • with an I6 motor, bias tires and no electronic traction aids... new trucks have more comfort and pulling power but for toughness to do actuall work, you just cant beat an older truck. still see 40s - 50s chevy trucks on farms. see alot of old 70s ford trucks too...

  • thats cool

  • That was actually pretty cool I thought. I hope that I may be lucky enough to find Napco running gear for my 55 Chevy some day :)

  • Realmente de lo mejor que he visto viva Chevy

  • Realmente de lo mejor que he visto jamás bien chevy

  • America can do it it's self

    Leave Mexico,Japan,China

  • Why dont we just take America back

    We don't need Japan,China,Mexico anyone

We the people of the United States

Let's not mess up old glory.

Anymore that it already is....The union was only twenty years old then but we took care of America

Back when made in China,Japan was a joke

Still is but the government is the problem

  • Thanks so much for adding this wonderful video!!! I love old 4x4 trucks!!!

  • Thanks so much for adding this wonderful video!! I love old 4x4 trucks!!!

  • chevy task force pickup truck v.s a Land Rover 110

  • fantastic old film! thank you!

  • Now how did the two station wagons get to the top?

  • They flew.

  • There is a road that goes up Pikes Peak.

  • there's an actual road that goes to the top

  • The road.

"The Jam Handy Organization reminds you to keep your preserves conveniently located!"

    -Crow T. Robot

  • They were fords LOL

  • There is a road.

  • @Gorbachev4Life

the road that the trucks didnt use.

  • Now how did the two station wagons get up there?

  • Did they bring fuel with them?

  • Many of those trucks are still around on the roads today. I want to see if new vehicles of today are still rollin' 50 years from now! America, Good ol' America, I love you.

  • What happened to our country?

We traded John Wayne and trucks like this for Michael Jackson and a Prius?!

    Must be estrogen poisoning.

  • Damn! That was the good ole days when trucks were still built of steel and iron. Try doing that with a new truck....any brand.....and I doubt it would return in such good condition. The truck might make it but there would be more broken parts

  • The block in my 2005 truck is iron, the body is steel...hmm. lol

  • you would be arrested if you did such a thing now haha

  • I'm sure it could be prearranged with a big enough ad budget.... :)

  • I still like the old blue flame 6 cylinder using todays lubricants that motor would go a 500,000 miles with out an overhaul.

  • would love to own one of these. =)

  • I...I just wanna have sex with it lmao, DAMN AWESOME!

  • Cool Deal! American Power & Utility!

    Forge On'

  • Oh HELL yeah ! !

  • i would SO drive that truck!

  • Built Chevy Tough! Those were the days.

My '53 Chevy 3100 1/2 is still running strong with it's original 216 stove bolt 6, 3 on the tree and 4.11 rearend. It has never failed me in all the years I've owned. My Great Uncle bought in new here in Santa Ana, Ca.

  • The good old days when Americans bought American trucks, Americans built American trucks in American factories. No sell out Titans or Tundras. AAAA++++

  • when 4wds where that used for work or camping to days are luxury cars power everything how many know what free wheeling hubs are?

  • oh...oh pick me....lol

  • 6 cylinder, no less! Amazing trucks, amazing scenery! Thanks for preserving! :) Jack

  • Like it. Just after the drivers break camp to head for the summit look for the face in the clouds, it is pretty creepy.

  • I saw it too, pretty cool.

  • awesome! My dream truck is a 57-59 Apache 4x4. I´d rather have a 383/NP205/Dana rather than the wimpy I-6/napco..

  • Cool I agree that this Napco video is awesome... but I'd take a stock I-6/Napco over any dana product any day. Oh & my 1958 Napco has the original stock V-8 motor.

    Be safe,

    Pee-Wee.

  • 1958 napco V8?

    283 I'm guessing. right?

  • Hello,

GMC used Pontiac motors, so the correct stock V8 motor for my 58 GMC Napco suburban is the Pontiac 336. It was used for the 59 GMC models too. Since we're on the subject the 55 & 56 GMC used a 316 Pontiac V8 motor and for the 1957 GMC it was a Pontiac 347 that was used for their V8 motors.

    Love the Blue Chippers!

  • awesome. where can i find a 1957 napco chevrolet anymore? they seem almost gone.

  • good truicks

  • this is amazing.
