Was this song inspired by "Please Mr. Postman"? I think this gets more down to the point than "Please Mr. Postman". That song was more cheerful and was relying on anticipation rather than why the letters weren't coming. This song gets right down to the reason and is beautiful, yet sad.

Yes, By mid august last year I had all of their studio albums. I don't have some of their rarer songs though like the bonus tracks on the UK Release of Love Everybody. I'm missing those, the extra CD for the Australian release of II and their "Rarities" album. Oh, I'm also missing the Supersonics single but that isn't easy to get.

Thanks. I should have said that I have re releases of the debut album and Freaked Out And small so those have bonus tracks. Now I own three copies of their debut. My first copy, a spare and the re release from 2004.
