@SkylineOwnz to be honest. the H70 is crap cooler. i used to have that one as well. but, i end buying a Noctua NH-D14. its so much quieter and cools allot better.

4.2 GHz's is for benchmarking purposes only. i usually run at 3.6 GHz's because its enough for gaming.

that might be a bit difficult too explain, at the moment. i know i had to use 1.3v core voltage for 4.2 GHz's only.

everything else is pretty much set to auto. just make sure to leave all the saving features off.
