Ios5 makes you 3gs really laggy people, i regret doing it now. Within apps it's not a problem but flicking through you pages of apps, unlocking etc is really laggy!

@dingo702 thats the things you have open, you can use that to force quit applications or easily move from app to app, just open it by pressing the home button twice, to force quit just hold down one of the apps until they start to shake and hit the red button in the top corner. Hope this helped(:

Disable the location service for you camera and it will not suffer the long delay in opening. It apparently is trying to find GPS location before opening the camera. Worked for me in iOS4 anyway. Nice video. Thanks.

It seems to run iOS 5 pretty well. Other than the camera issue. However, he didn't ever clear out the multitasking thing so a ton of apps slow it down. I am on an iPhone 4 and I never run more than 3 apps at a time down there. As someone said, go to Settings - General - Spotlight Search and disable a lot of them.
