Barry McGuigan is from my hometown of Clones (Pronounced Clone-ess). I was at a boxing tournament a few years back and he was at it. Didn't get to talk to him tho. Why did the commentator call him British if he's from Ireland?

With the british media, when Barry won he was "British" and when he lost he was Irish.
Anyways, I was only born in 1987 so I never saw his fights on TV. I'm from Cork in Ireland and i'd like to say COME ON BARRY!!!!

@Scrumdidilyumpchious It's this era when boxing is at its dullest, in fact it's on its last legs in terms of popularity and talent.
