Actually i don't think it's a glitch, you might be pressing the R button by accident, and you so concentrated on the game you didn't realize. I should know, it's happened to me quite a few times.

I watched this walkthrough a long time ago and downloaded it then. Something randomly made me remember this game. I think Cloud was overreacting just a bit, but its pretty hard and more than anything else glitch filled.
