Snowboarding is a very athletic sport. I only went once and my trainer said I was the best first timer he's ever seen. Anyway after the day I took of my clothes and they weighed like 20 pounds be ause of sweat. For the winter you should rent a cabin by a mountain and go snowboarding. I'm not sure if skiing is that requiring but snowboarding would be an excellent way to lose some extra Shay. I'm aging this to help not to criticize. Love you Shay!
