I used to ride with Dennis at Penn Valley back in the day - we met every Sat for all night rides in Westport, MO. The last shot of Dennis in vid was taken at Metro North mall off Barry Rd and 169 in Kansas City (north) it's still there at the time of this writing. Another shot was taken from an old BMX/skate shop called BMX Pros right next to Worlds of Fun in KC on N.48th St. The building is still there, but now they sell playground equip I think.
