  • Oh my God this picture was taken during the performances of Clemenza di Tito at the Teatro Real in Madrid and my boyfriend Marco Carniti was the stage director..thanks for posting, it's a pleasent surprise and she's fantastic

  • How old was she in this recording? It's so amazing, but SO different from her early years.

  • she sounds like she could turn around and sing contralto if she wanted to

  • She is a brilliant dramatic coloratura. That is how they sound at their top?know your fach! Some li

  • I did not understand the success of such a voice ..... she is metallic, with a noisy vibrato ... and also the high notes bother a lot ....

  • Flaming (if a little shrill) top. Love the coloratura technique, but the vibrato becomes a bit intrusive in the upper end of the voice, and the bottom is a little bit too plummy for longevity in this repertoire. I really like her, but here i don't like the beginning of the aria: too dramatic, it doesn't seems to be a rossini piece.

    But the end si fabolous!
