  • My mother used to play this music on her upright Pleyel when we had family parties in the 1930s .Evelyn, (her name) would play with some panache ; a plume or feathers on her head and her brother and sisters would dress with paper hats and play comb and paper or clack spoons or bones together and toast one another in small glasses of sherry. You play well and thanks for those far off memories you revieved.Jannarta.
