@NewTomorrow777 Yoda's point is that you defeat yourself in your mind before you even start. That if you approach as trying then you dont truly believe in yourself; which as we see, that is why he fails. There's also a parallel to this with zen thought. That if you meditate and try to reach the inner space, you will fail. The reason is you are too preoccupied with trying to be that you can't. You have to just let go instead and just be, thus you would be more "intuned" with the force.
