Fallout 3 Juddering (iFPSclamp=60)

What processor do you have? I got a Core I7 and get frequent Micro-Stuttering. Perhaps I would set it different in my task manager?

Now enable Triple Buffering and Vsync and this should go away. I get a smooth 60fps and only on occasion does it drop a little to 58fps but this is not noticeable.
