Uh, I happen to be hourglass on the small size--like a 35-25-36. It's not all that fun dressing up. Most things just make me look fat cause it skims over my waist--which makes the rest of me look proportionate.
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She describe the hourglass figure wrong An hourglass shape doesnt mean you have big boobs and a big butt But more like the boobs and hips balance each out wit a small waist
I agree that the model isn't really an hourglass,, but what's with the people complaining that she's nit plus sized? Hourglass doesn't mean plus sized( really it's just magazines trying to be nice when they refer to bigger women as "curvy" and an hourglass.)really its all about your measurements not your weight.
dude this guide completely fails for all the shapes -_- if you guys click on the other ones you ll notice that it's the same model for all of the "shapes" what s the point of this total FAIL!
That is the thinnest plus size model I have ever seen! If you're going to give plus size advice and tips, and least have the courage to use plus size models.
@aluap78 I would just like to say that there are some misconceptions that an hourglass figure is plus sized. That's not the case at all. To be an hourglass figure your waist has to be at least 9-10 inches smaller than your shoulders and hip sizes. Generally the top and bottom are fairly even with a tiny waist. You can be an hourglass and be skinny, just like the model is.
i didnt like the model either. plus the camera was moving so much i could hardly see anything. I dont fancy peering in between hanging objects either.
Technically, hourglass doesn't always refer to women who are just thicker and have a thing waist. The hourglass figure seems to depend mostly on measurements. In the case of hourglass figured women, the width of their waist is more than ten inches less than the width of their bust and hips, which should be close to each other. This model's shape would be considered hour glass figure. I agree that the designer should have used a heavier model though.
I wish the cameraman wasn't filming behind all those manikins...

>.> Whats the point in using such a skinny model then? That was annoying to watch... that woman can wear whatever she wants, shes not curvy at all.
