@theProdigy02 actually, it was never proved which one it was. Abby couldn't determine if it was the partner's or McGee's that killed him.

@theProdigy02 But it wasn't proved, as LaikVictorie02 says. It could have been McGee's bullet that killed as well as the guy's partner. abby said in the end of the episode that she couldn't found out which bullet it was.

The only thing about this episode is you never find out which bullet killed that poor man but i believe Tim is innocent poor guy
