haha I just bought an old moped like this off a good friend. While I was at his place looking at it we tried to get it started. We had to run it just like this!!! Except for some reason I had my hand on the throttle and it went running away from me!!! It was a show, thats for sure! But the thing was a blast!
1. You hold the clutch and gear up to 2'nd/3'rd and then you run with the moped to get some speed , then you slowly let go of the clutch and give it a bit throttle.
2. You have it in neutral and kick it. (if it doesn't work , try running it)

New mopeds have kickstarter, but for old soviet mopeds pushing is the only way to start it :)

There's two ways to start a moped .
