  • yeah..i know what you mean..

  • So, you do not see the purposes to many things. You also say "no LEGITIMATE purpose." Consider this: propaganda tells us what is legitimate or not in order to discourage or monopolize certain patterns of behavior (which have purposes that may be labeled as illegitimate or impolite to mention). The purpose of propaganda may be to train us to perceive particular purposes to hide other purposes that are otherwise obvious. By the way, I think you will enjoy my parody videos on my channel (and blog).

  • Since my eyes where opened I can't walk into a shopping mall anymore without my mind endless scanning the isles and recognizing all the BULLSHIT stuff no one really needs... Arg :p I want the small grocery stores back, you know, where you actually knew the owner by name.

  • You handled this topic like a Boss! Keep it up. I love it! music to my ears :D

  • This is THE BEST VIDEO I have seen all week!

    5*****s

  • Thinking independently places one outside the herd. Most people prefer to run with the herd and be accepted than think for themselves.

  • @visvaldisX Indeed, indeed. Oh how it bothers me so.

  • Critical thinking requires a person to be able to hold two conflicting ideas within their own mind and be willing to see the positive and negitives in an objectiving manner to make a highest ability to reason. Saddly most sleep in mind well below that requirement, and you'd need wake them up first.

  • There is nothing that has no purpose. Everything has some kind of purpose. Even nazi soldiers had a purpose. I don't mean their purpose was to eliminate jews, rather their purpose was to show us the consequences of such actions. By seeing the results of the holocaust, we can choose to never repeat it.

So my point is, while many things do seem to lack any sort of purpose, purpose is there. You probably just aren't recognizing it.

  • @goody8504 I agree with you completely, I suppose I should have expanded on that more... I think a lot of what I am referring to is let's say the example of pop. In one perspective it has no purpose and does not serve us but of course yes it's purpose is to tickle our tastebuds, entertain, soothe an addiction, etc. Sometimes I'm just frustrated if ya know what I mean. But indeed all things have a purpose.

  • @fl0werchild19 I know exactly what you mean and I feel the same way a lot of the time. Sorry, I'm a philosophy major so I sometimes get too caught up on words/meanings.

  • @fl0werchild19

I just saw this after posting my other reply. Yes, you display frustration in your video. Now, you know how that feels. The purpose of feeling frustrated is to have that experience. Also, when frustration or distressed, we may share. When we share, some may withdraw from us repulsed in fear and others may attempt to soothe us by interrupting the experience of frustration with their own. I honor the frustration but even moreso the intelligence at its core. Frustration will pass.

  • lol alex jones is a nutcase for real

  • I Agree 100% with you. It seems like there are so many uninformed about what is really going on in the world today. :-/

  • @ahayner1982 Yeah :( Lots of compliance... maybe it's the fluoride...!

  • Word!

  • Hey happy hotness, hows life? ^_^

  • Critical thinking ♥•*¨*•.¸¸ We Are All One ¸¸.•*¨*•♥.

  • Ants societies have thrived for 150 million years,

    without destroying the planet and

without leaders, they are tuned to each other and know what to do for the benefit of all, is it to difficult we humans behave as

    civilized and smart as them?

  • @rolovolo

Benefit of all? Of all the species that have ever lived on this planet, would you care to guess what percentage now live (have not gone extinct by now)?

  • @144jr144

Nothing goes "extinct", everything and everybody continues living/evolving,

in a diferent frequency/density.....death does not exist,

is just a jump between dreams/realities....

  • @rolovolo

Well, I'll let you tell that to the dinosaurs... and to the little kids who just got orphaned and are desperately trying to "wake up" their parents. I kill things and eat them (like lemons and oysters). Death does exist. It is a five letter word. But you may never live through it to experience it, so in that sense, perhaps there is nothing to it but a linguistic label.

  • @144jr144 Its funny. I just wrote 2 comments that are based on misperception of your intent.

I removed them, but you might find them in your email adress' mailbox :)

I quit, this is not even worth trying lol... its too darn easy to misunderstand others through text only communication xD

Have a great day brother :)

  • Excellent video and a nice bit of synchronicity. I had a really good conversation last night with a buddy of mine about the need for more critical thinking. Thought is maybe the most awesome power we have and most people don't bother using it. Critical thinking and asking empowering questions are crucial skills people really need to start using right now. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Peace.

  • @PsionicX1 Ah synchroncity! Always blows my mind everytime that happens to me. Totally agree with you, thank you :-)

  • ahh u watching alex jones huh!

  • @thunderon100 Nope, not actually sure who he is, perhaps I will look him up though! :)
