Thanks for the video, unfortunately the app is an embarrassment to bodyBugg and a total waist of time IMHO. I hope that a replacement will be available soon...

This is my first day with my bodybugg sp and I have been really trying to practice with the app and all the features to work out any problems. My last issue was solved by watching your video, thanks! I was opening the app before establishing the bluetooth connection, it wasn't syncing so I would go back and re-pair in the settings. This really helped! I wasn't sure why so many people gave the app negative reviews but I am figuring out that many people aren't using it properly!

I cant get my bodybugg lights to flash amber after the initial green lights. I've tried continuing to hold it like you do in your video, and also releasing after the lights turn green like the instructions in the box say...still nada. My iphone4 battery runs down trying to search the entire time. I'm so frustrated with it. Everything else works great so I guess I will keep it. But I bought if for the iphone syncing....uggghhhh

@rlouderman Someone just emailed me and was having the same problem and they discovered that they didn't have the SP model. I know it sounds silly but you might want to make sure you didn't do the same mistake and purchase the other model. If you have the SP and still are having the problem I would contact customer service

It sucks that the app only works with the BodybuggSP! I hope they come up with an app for the previous version!

@mzebony you can still use the app to enter your food it will save you from going to the pc
