Well I don't know how you get the clkothes but you can have a sim have green skin (Elphaba), if you make her a alien.

If you have Apartment life, you can make them a mean, evil, or atrociously evil witch and they'll have green skin!

My friend and I made the entire cast of Rent and moved them into a neighbourhood. Aaah. The things you can do with the Sims.... and alot of spare time!

There doesn't have to be a version to do that kind of stuff, you just need to change it in the game performance options- something like that..
