@AbyssalEmperor also..... would u say that bands like Severe Torture.....Hour of Penance.......Fleshgod Apocolypse..... were more along the lines of tradition or gimmick???? to me....these bands are FAR better than the older school traditional bands.

I started out listening to the first death metal bands.... such as slayer and Possessed.......howevver I have never heard of any of those bands u just listed....,,,thanks for listing those..I will check them out....... I will say that even being old school..... I prefer the newer DEATH metal..... and I do NOT like the pig squealing deathcore bullshit either.
