This video is over the top and disgraceful for Dr Chris Daggett, really shameful. Jon Corzine's entire life has been about responsible leadership. Corzine was captain of his HS football and basketball teams. He has an MBA from Univ of Chicago, worked his way up to CEO of Goldman Sachs, served as US Senator, Governor for 4 years, and balanced the state budget each year. Sen Loretta Weinberg for Lt Gov is someone who can step in as Gov if needed. The NY Times, Record, & S-L endorse Corzine.
What do Goldman, Sachs, Weinberg, Carla Katz, and so many of Corzine's cohorts have in common? Oh, yea, if you point that out, you're an anti-semite for being HONEST.

Jon Corzine is a member of the United Church of Christ. Sen Loretta Weinberg is a valiant crusader for women and the rights of the disinfranchised. Henry Paulson, CEO from '99-06 at Goldman Sachs a public company, is a Christian Scientist. Carla is simply a delightful, intellectual, and vibrant woman, mother of two, and recent law school grad.
I'm only saying that there is a common link that is like the elephant in the room. If you read my post, I never said Mr. Corzine was Jewish. History shows that Marcus Goldman and his son-in-law Samuel Sachs, along with Ms. Weinberg and Ms Katz are/were all Jewish. I also never said anything about Ms. Katz' intellect--If I was that smart, I'd have been given that much money, too.
I also didn't imply that Ms. Weinberg was related to former Goldman-Sachs senior partner Sidney Weinberg.
I did not bring out the point that Gus Levy (former senior partner with Goldman-Sachs) was credited with the philosophy of being "Long-term greedy". John Weinberg, son of Sidney, was co-senior partner, Robert Rubin and Stephen Friedman were co-senior partners, and
Lloyd Blankfein is the current CEO. G-S was also instrumental in the AIG/TARP/Bailout raping of US taxpayers.
I understand that facts sometimes have no bearing on opinion.
Why are you pre-occupied w/ anyone's Jewishness? What does Goldman & Sachs which was established in the late 1800s or the current leadership have to do with Governor Corzine. Facts have nothing to do with the situation at hand. More importantly, take a look at the politicization of the US Attorney's Office by Christopher Christie a Karl Rove disciple. Christie was appointed after raising considerable money for the Bush campaign. He also gave Ashcroft a no bid contract, etc. Very scary.
The TARP is a loan by the way. It is not equivalent to rape. The administration, Congress, and most economic experts agreed that these loans were necessary. Do you know something that they don't? Corzine is the issue. NJ will be making a very big mistake by not re-electing Jon Corzine. Did you know that he has taken $1 salary for 4 years? He's a Marine. His integrity is above reproach. This is no time for amateurs. Corzine has the experience and knowledge to get NJ back on track.

I was being critical of the big picture that Corzine represents, and that Daggett (& maybe Christie) do not --in my opinion. Thankfully, we can all express our opinions at the voting booth on Tuesday. While I do not agree with you, I respect your right to have an opinion.
Did I hear Corzine say he made his money as an inside trader on wall street? The video broke up on my computer and I couldn't tell.. If he did, you could at least say he is an honest man because no one would say that if they weren't.

The real problem is that neither the Democrats or Republicans want change. They'll say they want change but they've been saying that forever. If they really cared about fixing New Jersey's problems, they would stop digging into the pockets of hard working people who are living from week to week. I don't know about you but I think it's time for Change we can believe in. Let's show the two antiquated parties that refuse to deviate from the status quo what progessive leadership is all about.
