I'm no real estate expert or anything (tee hee!) but perhaps if you've had your place on the market for two years and nobody has "dropped $5 million" on it--it's time to DROP YOUR PRICE! Unrealistic asking prices: THAT'S what the real estate bubble means to me.
Now that was a huge waste of my time... This dude needs to go sell a house or something and stop playing Jay Leno.
