@caveman357 lighting , rendering and camera are all in 3ds max .. this video is showing you how to setup it .. if you are newbie in 3ds max .. read "3ds max bible" .. you can download it for free at Isohunt.com or if you have enough money you can buy it came with CD DVD project . do not download it or buy it if you are lazy to start .. because it have over 1200 pages .. you'll know how to start 3ds max like professionals.

@eric76ss oh so if u wanna do 4.4 ghz then mine is 13.2 ghz i gotta quad if that helps any....oh when i rendered mine its resolution was 1920x1280 which is kinda rediculous compared to what some users use like 800x600 and 640 X 480......what resolution were u using??

but i also did a animation wich took 2 hours to fully render into an avi. 1920x1280

esta bueno pero la verdad creo que saldria mejor si basara su iluminacion en el mismo HDRI asi los objetos en la escena optendrian el color en la iluminaicon directamente del HDRI enves de estar jugando con el xposure ke puede ser un poco trabajoso lo que yo haria seria poner el HDRI map en el enviroment ponerlo en environ/espherical enviroment y solo poner una skylight y en el slot de skycolor le das a none y le pones la imagen del HDRI ( si puedes blurrearlo un poco en PS xvre ) saldria mejor
