@rpr154 Thank you sir. Sold my Dean a while back. Shcecter is just built better and I prefer the thicker neck. I reeeaaallllyyy wanted that Broderick Signature Jackson, but I decided to drop the cash on a custom ViK instead. I figured if I was going to spend that much, I'm going to have exactly what I want. I check out your videos and I see that 12 inch radius is a problem, which i was expecting. Even if the bridge matched the fretboard, I'm not sure how a 7 string with 12 inch radius would feel

@jonnybarvo..I like the 12'.. It's supposed to be better for cords, thats why most compound necks start at 12". seems like it helps with sweep arpeggios too. Guess if you've played enough guitars, you learn to adjust to just about anything.. But not matching the bridge definitly hurts the action a bit.. Still havn't bothered to fix that yet. Checked out the ViK site.. Pretty sick stuff.. First I've heard of them.. How long of a build time do you expect from them?

I saw Sylosis in NYC on tuesday...the rhythm guitarist broke his wrist earlier that day...they still went on as a 3 piece and sounded incredible...the singer/lead guitarist is amazing...perfect job on the cover
