Like you can see in the video the Pokemon Sprites in Pokemon Red/Green (Japanese) differs from the Pokemon Red/Blue (American/European). The first edition pokemon games (Red/Green) were in a very bad quality so they fixed it and changed it in Pokemon Red/Blue to sell it in America and Europe!

Actually, all of those cartridges DO fit in a black and white gameboy, but aren't programmed to play. For example, if you try playing Pokemon Crystal in a black and white gameboy, it fits in, but the game gives you the message "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color". Continued..

@juanmmleo lol it's all good about the questions. No, this cartridge isn't a beta release, it's considered a pirated game; AKA a bootleg game. What happened was the hackers/piraters (probably in China or Taiwan) took the japanese version of Pokemon green and translated it into english.. very poor english too, as you can see. They then take the data and stick it on cartridges and sell them on black markets in mostly south american and asian countries where regulations aren't as strict. Continued.

Also, I got the game off of ebay. And I'm playing the game off of a Super Gameboy which is an accessory for Super Nintendo, that lets you play regular gameboy and some gameboy color games on it through your SNES. and some games, such as Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Gold and Silver (along with some zelda, mario, kirby, etc games), it comes pre-programmed with different custom frames and adds some extra color to it, such as the one you see in this video. Yes it came in a lot with authentic copies of Gold and Silver for $15, not a bad price considering Gold and Silver individually are worth about $10 each and I've seen pirated Green sell for $15-20

I beat this thing in Japanese without this horrible patch and oh guess what it was easier to read. I don't know much kanji at all, pretty muc honly how to write "day". And yet what did I do to beat this? THINK. Something that many peopel don't know how to do today since the translators were too stupid to apply proper english grammar when they did this game. the official RBY have bad grammar, but they're a godsend compared to this shit.

On another note this glitch is exploiting the codding of the game. If you know what to do, you can basically get any pokemon you want out of this. If you didnt know (non-smart tone)
