  • @PC9JEFF Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you are having a wonderful Holiday Season!

  • Like you said its called carne asada because its put in the asador or grill, otherwise even if you prepare it mostly in the same way but put it in the stove its called carne a la plancha, no carne asada here folks sorry

  • Thanks for another great looking recipe, quick question, do you use the marinade in the cooking process?

  • @nls8520 Thank you for watching! No, I do not use the marinade for cooking. Remove the meat from it and shake it aff as much you can, Then discard it. Have a wonderful day!

  • lol the dog seen the meat and he was day dreaming.

  • @1020Shane :) Thanks for coming by!

  • @pastryparrot1 when u take the meat out to grill it do you wipe the garlic pieces/cilantro/chunks off or do ou just take it right out of the container and throw it on the grill? also, how long do you grill it for and how do you get it from that big round steak tothe perfect chunks of meat?

  • @live2fightfight2live Hi there! No need to wipe off the cilantro and garlic. Simply get rid of the marinade. Your butcher will be able to cut these really thin for you. If not, you will need a very sharp knife. These will cook fairly fast as they are so thin. You should have them done in 5 to 6 minutes tops. Make sure your pan is really hot.

  • with grilling meats/poultry, marinading em one whole day before, produces better results. It's gives the meat enough time to absorb the juices/spices.

  • @DjArpegius It really does. Thank you very much for coming by!

  • @quakov Awesome! I am happy it worked out for you! Thanks for letting me know!

  • u forgot beer

  • Dry**

  • @tinglee909 This is very thin meat so it cooks very quickly. I did leave the herbs on it, whatever stuck to the meat. You need to heat the pan well, place the meat on the hot pan, sear one side and flip it. As soon as the other side is browned your meat is cooked. Remove it from the pan and let it sit. The meat will continue cooking for a few minutes. This will prevent dry meat. Thanks for coming by!

  • How long did you cook it cause mine always comes out try, & u jus took it straight out the marinated and put it in the pan did u cook it with the leaves on it?

  • sugar???what the fuck......eeewwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • @BIGINDOE It never ceases to amaze me how many uncouth people navigate the YT pages. If you do not like this marinade great! There really is no need to be so crude. Your mom must be proud.

  • @BIGINDOE What the Fuck is YOUR PROBLEM? shaddddup!

  • @BIGINDOE What is your problem? WOW.

  • @pastryparrot1...You're very welcome. I love your recipe. Luckily, my Mexican market in my hometown marinades my fajita flank steak for me. ...makes it very easy for me.

  • skirt steak is better...more tender...soaks up the flavors...my dad used that at our mexcian restaurant...and yes u need to leave some fat like another explained so the meat can be juicy...flank steak lacks that...it will end up tough

  • wow that was a great tutorial, really saved my day cause i don't know a thing about cooking, thumbs up!

  • @guitarobselion Thank you so much! I am very happy it helped! Have a great day!

  • I've never used cilantro before. I heard you either like it, or you won't. Can you describe the flavor?

  • @Lilaan cilantro tastes like grass

  • This is a horrible marinade, I stoped the video u are ruining perfectly good meat! The whole point too carne asada is that the cutt of meat is suppose too be thin yet have a good layer of fatt around the edges and some strips of fatt running through the meat. I don't lime my carne asada. If u got a good cutt of meat all u need is salt and peper and the natural taste of the fatt and meat is superb.

  • mexicans make good bbq

  • @miltonloza fortunately, in the world of cooking,

there is nothing written in stone. No need to

be crass about it. You don't use sugar, fine.

How about you share your recipe with us

instead of attacking mine? Thanks for coming by.
