i am tibetan and am pretty fluent. but i just wanna know wat language does tibetan sound like to NON- TIBETANS. mongolian, nepali, indian burmese thai lao chinese?
Also, I like this song and many other Tibetan songs, that's why I visited this one. The reason I posted these is to argue against some other ignorant views posted much earlier here.
To be frank, if you don't like others enjoy watching Tibetan songs, you should ask your fellow Tibetans to stop posting them on youtube.
There r many videos on youtube shwoing the history of Tibet before and after the downfall of its theocracy government. Go ahead watch them. Watch how Tibetan ppl were suffering from their 'god-like' leader and nobles.
Or, as you have chosen, ignore information/history and just lie more.

We have the right to be emotional. we have been suffering under the chinese government for over 50 years and the recent tibet news have been proof enough! we have also received support form all around the world. so please don't generalize, individualize your own opinion. FREE TIBET!!! supported by majority of the world.

Democracy came after the concept of republic, engineering and economics. Western people deserved it cause they really went through all these and understood it.
As for you, your country has never really gone through any major scientific breakthrough, all you got is borrowed from western...Complacent you could be, but never pretend you REALLY understand it. take a look at what your country is...a place that be easily enslaved by superpower economically.(last financial crisis China saved ur ass)

if u wanna talk about west vs tibet than tibet belongs to east and u should look at it more like east vs west.
because of mongol empire the west benefited more as all it could give to the east was furnitures and opiums to china.
china gave away all of the good ideas too bad for you china west is on top.
