I agree with it needing flour (and S&P.....the shakers look industrial strength), a little garlic powder and maybe 20 mins in a marinade). 3rd person to run the camera would have helped, but still better than what I could do...the vid, not the food...lol Great video basics...I rate this a B! Way better that the 8-10 vids you would have to watch from expertvillage to get the same idea.
AND OMG I HAVEN'T SEEN SALT//PEPPER SHAKERS LIKE THAT SINCE THE GOOD OLD DAYS AT MY GRANDMA'S HOUSE!! LoL. I just saw them on the counter and got a flashback...
