You got that right. I did in-house support for 3 yrs. People wonder why techs have attitude? Sit in that chair folks; you will understand. All day long complaints, people yelling & screaming & rarely any appreciation for our efforts or resolutions of the issues. Add to that being accused of being an idiot or incompetent when the user doesn't understand what you are telling them. It beats up a person doing that day in/day out. I will live on cat food before I'd do it again.
oh and FYI, for those who never had this CD, the vid came in black and white, nothing could be done about it, sorry. some others may be like that too. some will be in color.
people still call tech support? but that is like a fairy tale...
