Even Fallout 1 and 2 contains easter eggs. In Fallout 1 you can encounter the bridge keeper from 'Monthy Python and the Holy Grail'. Or you can find the whale and the petunia from 'The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy' in the middle of the desert. And a lot more... fallout 3 easter eggs are nothing compared to the previous ones :D
