I'm actually amazed at how much Phantasm and BigTUnit1 sound like Chris Sabat (in his Kuwabara voice) and Justin Cook

I almost thought the Funimation dub cast did this

The dub of YYH was one of the best english adaptions out there in my opinion... but I still prefer the Japanese. Somethings(to me) just get lost when it's dubbed.

Hiei's voice is too deep and Kuwabara's voice is too light. Kurama's voice is too deep for his personality... And Yusuke... It just plain sucked. XD I'm glad that the voices in the actual English anime are the way they are. Lol

You guys don't seem to get that voice actors can do many many different types of voices. They wouldn't use the same type of voice for EVERY CHARACTER THEY WERE EVER CAST AS.

I think the original and the secont one works well for Kurama, the first one was just funny, Yusuke was good with all of them, Kuwabara sounded wierd, and it was hilarious when Hiei had Kuwabara's voice, but it was good with him with Vigita's voice.

I was also thinking that it'd be funny if the voice actors were just playing around and did a scene where they all had strange acents. If they did Irish, Jin's wouldn't be as funny though.

Yeah, with the va's playing around in accents, it's not completely what you're suggesting, but I recently dubbed Eizou Hakusho and in the third dream, my Hiei VA used an American army general accent, it was soooooo funny :3
