There are truly only 4 numbers on the dial though, right? So 4^3 possibilities which makes 64 total combinations. Can you do more? The one I posted has 512 combinations, but it is small. I bet something this size could have a lot more. Do it man!

very interesting..... you must of put in at least a week or two's effort into this....

i know you've heard this a milliong times "smash it open" so ill cut to the chase; adding a very layers of knex pieces on the outside with garantee enough light protection for anything small, like loose pocket change,

all in all very good work and i hope you put what i said into (even slightly) consideration

i dealt with the very same problem. take the tumblers off and add a single layer of scotch tape around the rod which makes the tumblers grip the rod more tightly.

o i get how it works!!!!! finally!!!!! you made the combo so that the rods can push eachother and then the other way twist that one and not the other so the rods dont hit eachother. i get it but im probably not making any sense. lol 5*
