Also, a half-pint glass of beer is only equivalent to one unit if the alcohol content is 3.5%, but most lagers on sale today are much stronger and a pint could easily be 2.8 units.
A weekly allowence is highly overestimated taking into account that a person is out mostly 3x a week so 7 pints a session :D? If im out once a week that leaves me in quite a dosage to use... fix it cause its misleading :).
good video, shows people the consequences of binge/excessive drinking! not only that but it shows that not all nights end up with you sleeping behind the sofa waking up with a hang over. things can get a lot worse. very well done for highlighting what seems like a good night and then showing the actual events that can unfold that will undoubtedly lead to a bad night!
