@conntmb44H , There was an art college dance at the Edmund Rd Drill Hall in Sheffield in 1964, I was 16 and was due to start a pre-diploma course and the Addy St 5 were playing. I'd had 2 halves of bitter and started chucking fag ends into the bell of your tuba. You frowned and told me to stop. I did. On retirement 2 yrs ago I started to play a tuba, never played any thing before, just tunes so far but I aim to learn that 2 beat brass bass. Best wishes, peterpbetts@tiscali.co.uk
