@TheArchimate Yeah, Project Pokemon kinda died horribly recently... I cannot find any other download links to the program. Anyway, why not move onto Pokemon Black or White, the new games. Pokemon Platinum is outdated by HGSS in 4th gen, and now 5th gen. There is a program for Black and White called "Pokegen", which does everything POKESAV does and more.

ok, i did everything correctly in pokesav, got the code, put it in AR correctly, made sure the game ID was correct and pressed the correct buttons to activate the code.....but it still is not working! what is wrong???

1.) Try other AR codes- if hey don't work either, then you have the wrong verison of the game registered in your AR.

2.) Have you got the right version of POKESAV?

3.) Are you pressing L+R when you are carrying the right pokemon for the right slot in your party (e.g. Pokemon 4 must have a pokemon in slot 4 in your party to sacrifice).

@Jd24blue Hey man, I've got a similar problem. I made a team on an older save, and it worked. I restarted the game, deleting the old save, with the generated pokemon from PokeSav. When I now, on this new save, put the code in the system, and then try it out in the game (with 6 sacrificial pokes in the party) it does not work. I have the 1.05 version of the AR Code Manager, 1.55 AR version, European game. Worked on my first save, but not on this second! :S What could be wrong? Thanks!

@2QsharkQ2 Are you using the same code as before, or re-saving them? Something odd has changed since your last save otherwise. My guess would be you've updated your AR or something since then, and it doesn't carrying Platinum support or something (like the situation with Black and White not working without a firmware update). Otherwise, I don't know. : (

1.) The code is wrong- the game cannot process the information you are inputting and so freezes under false command.

2.) The code is too long- try and use "Pokemon 1" a separate code to "Pokemon 2".

When ever I transfer my pokemon to the game they always happen o be level 1 (I want them to be level 100) and have 0 for all their stats! How do I make them all level 100 with the correct stats???????????

@FireWing404 Sometimes that happens and there are three solutions:

1.) You put your Pokemon in the PC/Storage Box and the stats will be corrected for that Pokemon's level.

2.) On POKESAV, you click on "Stats Edit" at the top and select "All Max".

3.) Make sure you followed the tutorial correctly! Type in "100" in the level box!

@GyradosGigaElite If, for example, your pokemon was from Pokemon Ruby and you wanted it to be Pal-parked, then you would make the hometown be "Pokemon Ruby". Apart from that, you don't need to put anything in for any other pokemon.

@GyradosGigaElite Ignore the Hidden Hex Values; they aren't needed and only show whether the Pokemon was hatched from an egg or not. I have never used a legit checker in my life, so if you want one I suggest you should just Google it.

@nickmiller71 You need to put the ID number of your trainer on the Pokemon as well as the "Secret ID". Here is the code; it changes your money to match your Secret ID. That will make you the original trainer of the Pokemon.

for all to know this, it is possible for nintendo to ban your wifi scource if you battle with hacked pokemon... hidden hex codes are to be ignored, but secret id is nescarry if you google "pokemon platinum cash equals secret id ar code" you'll most likely find it basically making the pokemon look "legit" hope this helps clarify to everyone

Um... I think it's something to do with whether it hatched as an egg or something. I have never used them personally, and you don't need them to make the Pokemon legit. I have also heard that they are to help make a certain hidden power type... but apart from that I am not sure : (

@Voltegasproductions Pretty sure... Everything I mentioned in the video is detectable by PBR and Nintendo at World Championships, so they NEED to be legit. The only thing I forgot is the secret ID, but that just changes the "Egg apparently hatched" thing.

@mortalkombatlord The Secret ID is neccessary to making it legit, not stopping it. Bad Eggs can be caused by un-legit ammounts of EV's and IV's, and other obviously hacked characteristics... just follow the tutorial. There will be a remake up soon, so stay tuned for that.

In fact, my data in No$Gba was compressed, so my save was 86Kb. Uncrompressed data would need to be converted using No$Gba to VBA converter. Using raw data on the .ini settings made my save have exactly 512Kb, as it should.

so quick question, what ive been doing is creating the pokemon in pokesav and having it as an egg, trading it over to another game and hatching it in the game im using(HG) and then it doesnt display the whole "apparently met at../apparently hatched at.." etc, is this the only way for that text to not appear?

No. You can get it to say "Egg hatched at..." by typing in your "Secret ID". In order to find this, you need an ARDS code that turns your money ammount into your Secret ID... however, I do not have the code anymore. You will need to look for one.

THE POKEMON IS NOT LEGIT IF YOU DO NOT PUT IN THE SECRET ID!!!! there is codes out their that make your money equal to your secret id.... so to make the pokemon "legit" you need to put in this secret id because nintendo checks if these pokemon are legit by the secret id. so please put in your secret id's!

The first Pokemon in your party is replaced as you can never get an empty party. Also, competitively, yes, you will get into "trouble", but who will reallly know; nothing will happen to the pokemon though. IVs can be anywhere in the region of 0 to 31, any higher/ lower and your pokemon will be dead online, but apart from that there is no specific total they should all add up to.

Hmm... the only thing I can think of is to make the pokemon an egg in the first place, then hatch it out with the appropriate stats etc.

EVs increase the power of a certain stat- with a maximum of 510 overall. If you put 252 (maximum for a certain stat) in attack, then you could increase it by a maximum of 60! e.g. 340 attack could become 400!

Ok, it's probably a typing error on your part into the AR. However, it might be because of the special attack being too high, but this idea is improbable.

I put all the IV to max at 31. I tryed agian and it finally works! But everytime after the battle has ended I click on search new opponent the screen freezes up and the wii make a hi pitched noise. The location data doesn't really matter unless it's a legendary (e.g. Arceus) but the level I don't think matters.

Action Replays can not only input POKESAV files into your game, but they can also input a ton of other codes. Also, they are not limited to one game only; they work for almost all nintendo games!

It's 5 digits (mine is 22602) and whatever ID it is doesn't affect how legit it is. Try not to leave it as 00000 though, as that looks very unrealistic

Red name means the pokemon is female. Blue Name means the pokemon is male. Green name means the pokemon is genderless.

Oh...

Well, you can't open a Platinum file unless you click "load" in the Party Edit section, so that might be your problem.

Well, the "load section" can only read files that have been "saved", as Pokesav can only read "Export to ARDS Code" files by clicking "Open" at the top.
