I don't think it's that hard in 12. position. There are 2 overblows on 1 and 4. The 1 is the most essential - i stole that little riff from Gussow (who plays it in 2. position as far as i remember), don't think it belongs to the original. So it's possible to play it in 12. without "overblows" (i think).
